How to update your contact information with 5NINES for Web Hosting services

Step 1

Log in to your my.5nines.com account

Step 2

On the left hand side of the client area under "Your Info" click the "Update" button

Step 3

Review your details for accuracy and update as necessary

Step 4

Click on Save Changes to save your account information� (Please note that some fields are required and you will not be able to save unless they are filled out appropriately)

Step 5

You can also update your billing information and add additional contacts to your existing account
